Rancilio OMICRON - 3 Group

Rancilio has created the Z11-OMICRON which makes its coffee "designer object"-just as pictures signed by famous painters.
The use of　heat-exchanger for each of the units, which are separate from the boiler, together with a balanced water-supply and heating system, creates the perfect conditions for any kind of blend, so that the resulting coffee flavour is just right and a winner every time.
The materials used -such as stainless steels and special brass-and-aluminum alloys- are selected for the purpose and of the best quality. Together, they are modeled to obtain a modern, elegant, harmonious design, with all the dimensions necessary for smooth operation of the machine.
The machine's operations are controlled by an electric circuit board and microprocessors, a real artificial intelligence centre that contains all the information necessary for all the machine's functions.
A special electronically-controlled level gauge ensures that the water in the boiler is kept topped up.
In addition, a self-diagnosing section keeps a constant check to ensure correct operation.
