MIX FRUTTA
Range of products studied to prepare base mixes for fruit ice creams. Even if with different features, they all ensure fruit ice creams with best preservation in time. Cremante Vegetable and Fruit Base 100 SDL do not contain milk by- products.
NEUTRI
The Neutri range also includes INTREGRABASE, characterized by a high content of milk proteins to provide ice cream with higher softness and greater overrun.
EUROGEL
This range includes low-fat products (50 white base mix, Lab 50) products with cream fats (Mix U.B. 50, Milk and cream), products with vegetal fats (50 V.F.) as well as Eurogel 200 to be used with water only.
EUROSTELLA
Its a range of products best satisfying the requests for creamy ice creams with persistent flavors. Fiordipanna is characterized by an inimitabile and full cream flavor.`
STELLAMIX
Products with different dosing, standing out for the results in ice cream in terms of softness, creaminess, considerable overrun and excellent spread ability.
LIOGEL
Products for cold processing, enabling to obtain by extremely quick and simple preparation, by adding water and or milk only, excellent results in terms of both flavor and texture.
SOIAMIX
To prepare sugar free, cholesterol free and lactose free ice creams.
STELLALIGHT
To cold prepare low calorie ice creams.
GELOSTELLA
It is a multipurpose semi finished product in paste that can be used for plentiful purposes both in pastry and ice creams. Based on fresh milk with sugar, egg yolks and stabilizers, it has a fluid texture, enabling an easy use and making it best soluble even by cold processing.
TOPPINGS
A variety of topping sauces for gelato, cakes and decoration.
