IRISH COFFEE ITALIAN STYLE:
1 double espresso 1/2 oz cream 2 tsp. sugar 1 oz irish whisky Warm an Irish Whisky glass, add espresso sugar and whisky, top with cream.

RUM COCKTAIL
1 single shot espresso 1/2 oz dark rum 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk Mix espresso and condensed milk add rum serve over crushed ice.

AMARETTO DI SARONNO
4 double espressos 4 oz Amaretto 4 tsp sugar 1 egg yolk
Beat the egg yolk with the sugar until well blended slowly add the Amaretto mixing well add the coffee very slowly being careful not to cook the egg yolk. Serve in warm coffee mugs Serves 4 |
