Pasta Cooker

The pasta cooker is not only an appliance suitable for cooking pasta but also legumes, rice, eggs, vegetables, etc. The optimum quantity of water to cooking product ratio is 100 grams per litres. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel construction with scotch bright finish. They are available in 4 models, 2 electrical ones, and 2 gas, in various dimensions and capacities to satisfy all your need.

Counter models with front drain. Baskets in various dimensions with possibility of composing them as you please (a portion or a full tab). In the CPM model a special overflow device with spillway allows a better cooking quality, keeping the water always clear. There is the possibility of inserting the drilled GN 1/1 tray. All the models are equipped with bottom grid having three functions: support for the baskets, protection of the resistances and collecting the cooking starches.

Electric Pasta Cookers: Water inlet electro valve, pan drain and overflow at rear, armored heating elements, switch and thermostat adjustable from 30 to 110 degrees, power-on and thermostatic cut-out warning lights.

Gas Pasta Cookers: Table top version(mod.CP62G): water inlet top, thermostatic valve from 50 degrees to max., automatic burner ignition by pilot flame with electric spark ignition. Floor-standing version (mod.CPM-6G):water inlet tap, tank floor drain, safety valve top, automatic burner ignition by pilot flame with electric spark ignition.
