Pizza Mach
The "Block" range is a
new series of counters for the preparation of pizzas: its main
feature is the little space in which work is really well organized.
The mono block construction is entirely
made of stainless steel AISI 304, the work top is granite and
has 3-side riser. The refrigerated bottom part is equipped with
magnetically closed doors, each element has 7 pairs of runners.
The refrigeration is static, with an electronic control of the
temperature in the cell.
The drawer element has extractable
drawers of stainless steel runners and 7 pizza containers.
The tray element GN 1/2 is delivered
with a shelf in curved, stratified glass and supports in polished
stainless steel. The refrigeration is controlled by means of a
thermostat with switch.
Provided with 7 plastic containers.
