The Rancilio Toastercrock is ideal for preparing all types of sandwitches and foods, including the Italian Melt sandwitch. Made of foccacia bread and filled with such ingredients as fresh cambozola cheese, sweet basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto and grilled to perfection, the Italian Melt is a helthy, gourmet alternative to the traditional common sandwitch.

Ideal for toasting bagels, to re-heating french onion soup (watch the soup slowly start to boil within seconds, while the cheese begins to melt), in its own terrine bowl.
