The Coremix 30 is an automatic dry heatging pasteurizer for both low and high pasteurization. The machine can be used with 20 or 30 litres of mix.
The transparent lid contains a saftey micro switch, preventing the unit from starting when open. Spout washing is also incorporated in the Coremix 30.
All components coming into contact with the mix are manually removable for easy cleaning and maximum sanitation.
In case of a power supply interuption, the Coremix 30's "intelligent" memory permits the repetition of the pasturization cycle
