The ice is produced by squirting water in a closed
circuit on to an evaporator formed by small,
refrigerated copper cups, from which the
cubes take their shape, dropping out
automatically into the container.

structure coated in polyurethane resin
foam to ensure perfect heat-insulation
and therefore long conservation of the
ice-pull out hatch pressed from
high-insulation material and taking
