They are available in 4 models, 2 electrical ones, and 2 gas, in various dimensions and capacities to satisfy all your need.Counter models with front drain. Baskets in various dimensions with possibility of composing them as you please (a portion or a full tab). In the CPM model a special overflow device with spillway allows a better cooking quality, keeping the water always clear. There is the possibility of inserting the drilled GN 1/1 tray. All the models are equipped with bottom grid having three functions: support for the baskets, protection of the resistances and collecting the cooking starches

Electric Pasta Cookers
: Water inlet electro valve, pan drain and overflow at rear, armored heating elements, switch and thermostat adjustable from 30 to 110 degrees, power-on and thermostatic cut-out warning lights.
Gas Pasta Cookers:
Table top version(mod.CP62G): water inlet top, thermostatic valve from 50 degrees to max., automatic burner ignition by pilot flame with electric spark ignition. Floor-standing version (mod.CPM-6G):water inlet tap, tank floor drain, safety valve top, automatic burner ignition by pilot flame with electric spark ignition.
